For over 20 years, 3HMONGTV (3HBC) has been Minnesota's premier Hmong media network—and we're just getting started.
What began as the Twin Cities' first Hmong television station has evolved into a dynamic digital media platform serving the Hmong community across Minnesota and beyond. We're not just broadcasting anymore; we're building a home for authentic Hmong voices, stories, and cultural preservation.
